1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframe:
1.1 Order Processing: Orders are recorded immediately upon placement and are typically processed the next business day, unless there is any unforeseen issue (i.e wrong shipping information provided). While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions may cause delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays and work diligently to minimize their impact.
1.2 Shipping Time: We are currently only open to America, and will follow up to open other countries and regions. Delivery time is approximately 13 working days.
1.3 Carrier Selection: We use the best available courier services based on the customer’s location to ensure timely and efficient delivery. At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests to change the designated carrier.
2. Shipping Rates and Fees:
2.1 Customs Fees: All orders that are being processed and shipped are free of customs duties and taxes*.
2.2 Tracking Updates and Package Status: Once shipped, packages may have limited tracking visibility while undergoing customs clearance. It is normal for tracking to not update during this period. Please expect tracking details to refresh within 48-72 hours post-customs clearance.
2.3 Free shipping policy: all products are free shipping.
3. Delivery Attempts and Receiving the Package:
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout. In case the delivery is unsuccessful, they may leave a notice for you to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from a designated location. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and accessible. Mavirea will not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
3.1 Delivered But Not Received: If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend waiting a few days as packages might still be in transit. We cannot issue credits for orders that are marked delivered with accurate address matching.
3.2 Package Pickup: If the package is available for pickup, details will be specified in the tracking information. If you have difficulties finding this information, please contact us for assistance.
3.3 Late Delivery: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance, which are beyond our control. In the event of such a situation, we will immediately notify you upon receiving notification of the delay and will continue to follow up.
