Shipping
All orders are shipped from China.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. Standard shipping is expected to arrive in approximately 13 business days.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your information. Please email us at mavirea.official@gmail.com with your order number and the new address you would like us to send your Mavirea. Please remember that it's thecustomers' responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, and we do not held responsible for any lost orundelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our delivery area in the future.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track yourpackage's progress on the shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking informationto become available after you receive the email. Unfortunately, there may be delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control, such as carrier delays, severeweather, natural disasters, or labor strikes.
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days and, once shipped, send a tracking confirmation email to the providedemail address. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sentbefore delivery.

Please allow 3-4 additional business days past the "delivered" scan, as the carrier may have accidentally scanned thedelivery too early.
If your package still has not arrived, please contact us.
*Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so they cannot beseen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepteddelivery on your behalf.
Cancellations & Returns
We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Mavirea set. While it's uncommon, we want to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you find any missing or damaged parts, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your entire set.
2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, please take screenshots of the instructions, and clearly mark specific pieces that are problematic or you need.
3. Send the images, along with your order number, to us at mavirea.official@gmail.com. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and expedite the replacement process.
Rest assured, we will resend the required parts to you as soon as possible! We will send you a shipping confirmation email after the parts are shipped.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer supportimmediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If you need further assistance or haveany questions, feel free to reach out to us.
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened sets in their original packaging. Contact our customer support team at mavirea.official@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.
*Please note we do not refund original or return shipping and handling fees. If the returned item(s) appear damaged (intentional tampering) or is received in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was sent, Mavirea reserves the right to issue a partial refund at their discretion.
